I am 9 months pregnant and suffer with what I think is terrible anxiety. Can anyone relate?

you’re not the only one. i’ve been having anxiety problems for years but became worse when i found out i was pregnant. it was horrible in the begining cuz i would just get these random panic attacks for no reason whether i was stressed about something or not. luckly, it has somewhat eased up for me later on during my pregnancy but i still get horrible anxiety once in a while.
